Michael Scott Harris is excited to be performing in another new work with Theatre Planners. He last collaborated with them in the world premiere of Shooting Star (James Grant) at The Hudson. He was most recently seen in Annie (Daddy Warbucks) and The Count of Monte Cristo (Villefort) with Tuacahn this summer. Other regional credits include Ragtime (Father) with Musical Theatre West, The Sound of Music (Capt. von Trapp) and Peter Pan (Capt. Hook) with the Anchorage Concert Association, South Pacific (Emile de Becque) with the Utah Shakespeare Festival, Mary Poppins (George Banks) with 5 Star Theatricals, and The Broadway National Tour of The Phantom of the Opera (Piangi). Off Broadway he starred with the New York Gilbert and Sullivan Players in The Pirates of Penance (Frederic), The Mikado (Nanki-Poo), H.M.S. Pinafore (Ralph), among many others. Other notable credits include productions with Goodspeed, Papermill, North Shore, Music Circus, Arizona Theatre Company, and Kansas City Rep.
